Oregon Health Authority Development Of 2016 Medicaid CCO Rates

In this report to the legislature on November 30, 2015, Oregon Health Authority (OHA) described how it developed the 2016 rates for the Medicaid managed coordinated care organizations (CCOs). OHA's new rates provide all CCOs in the same region with the same base rate, which is then risk-adjusted for each CCO’s enrolled members. The new rates went into effect on January 1, 2016.
