MassHealth: Payment for Acute Hospital Services effective December 1, 2010

December 1, 2010 On December 1, 2010, the Massachusetts Executive Office for Health and Human Services (EOHHS) stopped paying hospitals with re-admission rates higher than the statewide average of 30 days.
