California DHCS Letter To CenCal: Cease & Desist HIPP Enrollment

This letter was issued on December 17, 2015, by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to CenCal Health, the Santa Barbara San Luis Obispo Regional Health Authority county-operated health system (COHS) Medicaid plan.
