Arkansas Health Reform Legislative Task Force Final Report: December 15, 2016

On December 15, 2016, the Arkansas Health Reform Legislative Task Force published this final report in response to the Arkansas Health Reform Act of 2015. This act tasked the working group to recommend an alternative health care coverage model and legislative framework for those currently covered by the Health Care Independence Program established by the Health Care Independence Act (HCIA) of 2013, which was to be terminated at the end of 2016. The group was also tasked to explore and recommend options to modernize Medicaid programs for indigent, aged, and disabled individuals.
