Eighty percent of America’s landscape is rural area with one fourth of the population
living in these areas. Nebraska is no exception. Many people living in rural areas are aging,
impoverished, and lacking healthcare services due to vast distances they must travel to medical
facilities. Ensuring that all citizens are getting access to primary and preventative care is a
