Michigan has two Medicaid managed care programs: Comprehensive Health Care Program (CHCP) and Healthy Michigan Plan (HMP).

Comprehensive Health Care Program (CHCP): Michigan’s managed care program for children, parents/caretakers, and the aged, blind, and disabled population. Individuals have the choice of the health plans available in their region.
