Minnesota Department Of Human Services Memo: Nursing Facility Level Of Care Implementation Delay

On December 31, 2013, the Minnesota Department of Human Services released a memo explaining their decision to delay implementation of  the revised Nursling Facility Level of Care (NF LOC) criteria and the Essential Community Supports program until January 1, 2015.
