On October 9, 2014, Centerstone announced it was entering Florida, its fifth state market, via an affiliation with non-profit Manatee Glens, an inpatient and outpatient behavioral health provider organization in Bradenton, Florida. The two organizations announced they had signed a letter of intent to complete due diligence and finalize the affiliation. The affiliation may be effective as early as January 1, 2015, pending legal and regulatory reviews.

When finalized, the Centerstone/Manatee Glens affiliation will create an organization with 155 locations in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee and approximately $189 million in annual revenues. It will employ more . . .
