A Blended Care Model Of Live Telepsychology Plus Asynchronous Digital Tools Improved PTSD Symptoms For 83% Of Participants

Blended care therapy (BCT) for people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, which combines live, video-based psychotherapy sessions augmented with asynchronous digital tools (such as educational videos, interactive exercises, and messaging), resulted in 82.9% of the participants experiencing reliable improvement or recovery in their PTSD symptoms. Furthermore, 64.8% of the participants experienced clinically meaningful improvement. This BCT Trauma program, offered by Lyra Clinical Associates through Lyra Health, was provided to individuals who had experienced a traumatic stressor and were struggling with symptoms of PTSD.
