August 19, 2002 Santa Marta Hospital Purchased By Star Healthcare Group The boards of directors of Santa Marta Hospital in Los Angeles, Carondelet Health System (CHS), and Star Healthcare Group announced the completion of the sale of Santa Marta Hospital to Star Healthcare Group on August 5, 2002.
