OCHIN Partners With Safety Net Connect To Offer Innovative Care Coordination Technologies

Safety Net Connect (SNC) and Oregon Community Health Information Network (OCHIN) recently announced a strategic partnership to offer innovative care coordination technologies. The partnership will allow OCHIN to offer eConsult and care coordination solutions, as well as increase real-time data exchange, support clinical professional collaboration, and improve access to care.

As a result of the partnership, OCHIN members will now have preferred access to SNC’s web-based care coordination solutions, included among which are SNC’s Converge eConsult technology and Connect electronic care coordination system.
