On August 21, 2020, American Medical Technologies (AMT) announced it was acquired by One Equity Partners (OEP) and The Silverfern Group. AMT provides wound care programs for long-term care facilities. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. OEP is a middle market private equity firm with a focus on the industrial, health care, and technology sectors in North America and Europe.
