Leading private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners (Arsenal) recently announced the acquisition of Accumen Inc. (Accumen). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed at this time.

Accumen offers consulting, execution, utilization, and outreach solutions using a proven blueprint, innovative approach, and insight-driven proprietary technology.
