Aspirus & Divine Savior Healthcare Sign Letter Of Intent To Affiliate

Leaders from Divine Savior Healthcare (DSH) and the Sisters of the Divine Savior have signed a letter of intent to affiliate with Aspirus, a leading rural health care system based in Wisconsin. The two organizations now begin the due diligence process and expect to finalize the affiliation by the end of 2019.

According to Michael Decker, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of DSH, the affiliation will facilitate growth for DSH, especially as the health care industry is changing, ultimately allowing DSH to better serve health care consumers.
