Australia-Based Health Metrics Acquires Uniti Software From Integrated Living

Health Metrics, an Australian health and social services software developer, acquired Uniti Software from Integrated Living. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition brings Health Metrics Uniti Software’s 73 customers and its capabilities in primary care and home and community health. Health Metrics provides solutions for long-term care, home care, disability services, and primary health provider organizations in Australia and New Zealand.
