Aware Recovery Care Expands In-Home Addiction Treatment Model To Rhode Island

Aware Recovery Care, an in-home addiction treatment program headquartered in Connecticut, has expanded operations to Rhode Island. The program provides integrated behavioral and medical health care from a multi-disciplinary team over 12 months. The team meets with consumers at home. The services address the medical, emotional, and mental health issues required to maintain sobriety and achieve lasting recovery. The team includes a psychiatric professional, a registered nurse or licensed social worker, a licensed family therapist, and two certified in-home addiction treatment coaches and/or counselors.
