Behavioral Health Group Acquires Center For Behavioral Health, Entering Five New States

Behavioral Health Group (BHG), which provides outpatient opioid addiction treatment, expanded into five new states by acquiring Center for Behavioral Health (CBH), which provides outpatient addiction and behavioral health treatment in eight states. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the joining of the two organizations, BHG now operates 116 treatment facilities and two labs in 24 states.

BHG provides a full spectrum of outpatient medication assisted treatment (MAT) using buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone; counseling, and medical services to address co-occurring conditions. It has served more than 42,000 consumers.  In 2021, BHG added 36 locations in 13 states. Over . . .
