California Medicaid To Offer $50 Per Person COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive To Managed Care Members
California is offering Medicaid beneficiaries not yet vaccinated against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) a financial incentive of up to $50 each to get vaccinated. The $50 incentives will be for the 11.7 million Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in a managed care organization (MCO).
As of July 25, 2021, about 45% of the state’s Medicaid beneficiaries age 12 and older have received at least one COVID-19 vaccination.
