Cantata Health Solutions Acquires ProComp Software, Will Help Launch Arize Mobile Integrated Care Management Solution

Cantata Health Solutions, which provides health care technology solutions acquired ProComp Software, which has been providing behavioral health care solutions for agencies and private practices for over 35 years. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Cantata will help ProComp launch its new mobile solution, Arize, that allows provider organizations to deliver integrated care in a consumer-focused model. The union will enhance Cantata’s product offering for the integrated primary, acute, and behavioral health care markets, offering a complete person-centric care solution.
