CommuniCare Health Centers Mobile Medicine Team To Expand Services In Yolo County, California

Yolo County, California expanded its partnership with CommuniCare Health Center’s Mobile Medicine Team services countywide starting in 2022. Previously the team’s services were limited to Yolo County Shelter-in-Place Motels. With the expansion, the team will serve all unhoused persons in the county located in encampments, shelters, and migrant work centers. This service expansion is possible through community benefit investments from Sutter Health, Dignity Health, and the Woodland Clinic Medical Group.
