Core One Labs Finalizes Deal To Acquire Ketamine Infusion Centers Of Texas

Core One Labs Inc., entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ketamine Infusion Centers of Texas Inc. (KICT), a U.S. based health and wellness ketamine clinic. Core One Labs will issue 210,000 common shares to current KICT interest holders in exchange for their interests in KICT. This is Core One’s first health and wellness operation in the United States. The acquisition of KICT allows Core One Labs to establish a roster of consumers in Texas for psychedelic assisted psychotherapy utilizing the Core One Labs novel delivery system and API grade psilocybin, upon legalization.
