Electronic Health Record Vendor eMDs Acquires Aprima To Strengthen Focus On Ambulatory Care Space

Electronic Health Record (EHR) vendor eMDs recently acquired fellow EHR solutions organization Aprima. The financial terms of the transaction between the two Texas-based organizations have not been disclosed at this time.

According to eMDs CEO Derek Pickell, the purchase represents an exciting growth opportunity for both organizations.
