Elysium Healthcare Expands Eating Disorder Services With Acquisition Of Cotswold Spa Hospital

Elysium Healthcare, which provides eating disorder treatment in the United Kingdom (UK), acquired Cotswold Spa Hospital from the Huntercombe Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The Cotswold Spa Hospital provides residential and outpatient treatment for adolescents and young adults ages 13 to 25 diagnosed with anorexia or bulimia. It accepts private payment and participates in the National Health Service.
