Equip Health Expands Virtual Eating Disorder Treatment To Colorado, Florida, Georgia & Illinois

Equip Health, which provides virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment in the United States, expanded its operations into Colorado, Florida, Georgia, and Illinois. In these four states the services are covered by Optum. In Colorado, Florida, and Illinois, Optum coverage began on October 14, 2021. It will begin in Georgia in November 2021. Equip Health is also in-network with Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, and Aetna in other states. It anticipates announcing arrangements with more insurers soon.
