Express Scripts, a Cigna company, recently announced the acquisition of Verity Solutions. Express Scripts and Verity Solutions are two industry leaders that share a common mission of improving the health care system and supporting health care provider organizations through innovation, specialized expertise, and strong industry partnerships. Together, Express Scripts and Verity Solutions will offer a comprehensive range of 340B services including 340B administration services from Verity Solutions and contract pharmacy services (e.g., drug replenishment, dispensing, and inventory services) from Express Scripts, Accredo, and Freedom Fertility Pharmacy.
