Gracious Grounds Plans Michigan Apartment Complex For Residents With Intellectual Disabilities
Michigan-based non-profit Gracious Grounds is raising funds to build a 77-unit apartment complex designed for adults with intellectual disabilities in the city of Grand Haven. The project has an expected budget of $17.5 million, with $15 million coming from Michigan’s State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).;
Gracious Grounds is seeking additional funding for the other $2.5 million to complete the development.
