Health Catalyst Acquires Vitalware For $120 Million

On August 11, 2020, Health Catalyst, Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Vitalware, LLC for about $120 million. Vitalware provides revenue workflow optimization and analytics software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology solutions to health care organizations. Vitalware’s flagship offering is a chargemaster management solution that delivers results for the regulatory and compliance functions needed by all health care provider systems.
