Helio Health announced plans to double the number of beds in Binghamton, New York, with a $13 million investment from the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). The organization currently operates 50 stabilization and rehabilitation beds, and will add another 50 at the Helio Health Center.

Formerly known as Syracuse Behavioral Healthcare, Helio Health is dedicated to helping those struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. Helio Health is dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms of addiction and mental illness. This includes general health care, housing services, training and family support.
