Investment Firm Kelso Acquires Majority Stake In Refresh Mental Health

Kelso & Company has acquired a majority stake in Refresh Mental Health. Kelso’s stake in Refresh was acquired from affiliates of Lindsay Goldberg. Refresh has more than 200 outpatient locations in 28 states plus the District of Columbia. The new investment is intended to support organic growth, plus fund acquisitions.

Refresh was founded in 2017; it now serves more than one million people annually. It provides a full spectrum of mental health conditions across all age ranges in both in-office and telemedicine settings.
