Kelsey-Seybold Clinic To Acquire Conroe Family Medicine

Kelsey-Sebold Clinic has agreed to acquire Conroe Family Medicine, which, when the transition is complete, will become Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Conroe. The intent of the acquisition is for Conroe to fully integrate with Kelsey-Sebold health system becoming the system’s 24th location in the greater Houston-Galveston region. The effective target date is March 2, 2020. The facility will continue to serve consumers at its current location.
