Levitee Labs Acquires Five Addiction Treatment Clinics, Three Specialty Pharmacies & BlockMD Telemedicine Platform In Alberta, Canada

Levitee Labs Inc., an integrative wellness company in Canada has closed three acquisitions to expand its presence in Alberta, Canada. It acquired five clinics operated by addiction treatment provider organization ACT Medical Centres, Inc., three pharmacies that dispense medications for behavioral health disorders, and BlockMD LTD, a telemedicine platform used by ACT Medical. The current owner of these entities, Alex Wylie, will remain with the companies in a consulting basis. The businesses’ principal operator, Carrie Wylie, will be engaged full-time as general manager of Levitee’s Alberta operations
