Lightning Step Acquires Competitor ZenCharts To Create Large Behavioral Health Software Solution

Lightning Step acquired its competitor ZenCharts to create a large behavioral health software solution and expand its customer base and suite of capabilities. Lightning Step doubles its software penetration and geographic market presence with the purchase of ZenCharts. Financial terms were not disclosed. Lightning Step markets to behavioral health and addiction treatment provider organizations.

Lightning Step’s solution includes components for customer relationship management, electronic medical record, revenue cycle management (RCM), and billing.
