Medical Record Startup HealthChampion To Acquire Alligatortek

HealthChampion, a Chicago startup that wants to make it easier to view and manage personal medical records, is acquiring another local tech company that specializes in custom software development. Founded last year, HealthChampion is purchasing alligatortek for an undisclosed amount. As part of the acquisition, alligatortek Chief Executive Officer Sid Bala is joining HealthChampion’s board of directors, and will oversee strategy and help drive further innovation across the organization.
