Medsphere Acquires Wellsoft Corporation, The Leader In Emergency Department Software

Medsphere Systems Corporation (Medsphere) recently announced it is acquiring Wellsoft Corporation (Wellsoft), a provider of emergency department information systems (EDIS). Wellsoft brings with it more than 30 years of experience in creating industry-leading solutions that allow organizations to have more comprehensive electronic health records (EHRs) to improve health care consumer outcomes.

Currently, Wellsoft’s solutions are utilized by organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and elsewhere.
