Mosaic Acquires At Home Solutions, An Organization Serving Seniors & People With Disabilities

Mosaic, a national whole-person health care provider organization, has acquired At Home Solutions in Arizona. At Home Solutions provides in-home services for seniors and people with disabilities, and it will become part of Soreo In-Home Supports, a service of Mosaic. The purchase was effective on October 1, 2019, and adds $1.4 million annual revenue to Mosaic.

The acquisition brings an additional 65 people and approximately 70 contractors into Soreo services. Soreo already served 798 people, through 24 employees and 695 independent contractors. The services help people remain as independent as possible and stay in their homes . . .
