Netsmart Acquires Remarkable Health
Health technology company Netsmart acquired Remarkable Health, which provides artificial intelligence (AI) technology and software solutions for behavioral health, addiction treatment, and human services organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Netsmart intends to accelerate AI innovations and expand the Netsmart CareFabricĀ® platform capabilities with enhanced solutions to improve productivity and efficiency of human service and post-acute care clinical staff.
