Netsmart Finalizes Acquisition Of Change Healthcare Home Care & Hospice Solutions

Netsmart recently finalized its acquisition of Change Healthcare’s home health and hospice businesses. The purchase reaffirms Netsmart as the largest health care IT partner for post-acute and behavioral health provider organizations and clinical professionals.

The acquisition also integrates Change Healthcare’s Homecare Advisor and Hospice Advisor solutions with Carefabric solutions.
