Ohio’s Hospice Partners With Netsmart To Extend Automation & Connect Care Settings

Ohio-based,non-profit Ohio’s Hospice (Hospice) is partnering with Netsmart to extend a technology platform to all its members. The move will allow the seamless exchange of information between clinical professionals within the health system.

Hospice leadership cited Netsmart’s scalability, proven connectivity, and expertise in regulatory requirements as the main reasons for its selection of its technology. The access to the Netsmart network and its Carequality interoperability framework will also allow Hospice to more efficiently manage quality reporting, success of referral relationships, and response to treatment.
