Persistent Systems Acquires Herald Health For $5.2 Million

India-based technology services system Persistent Systems (Persistent) recently announced it has acquired tech startup Herald Health (Herald). The $5.2 million transaction will see Herald’s platforms and information technology (IT) services within health care being added to Persistent’s portfolio offerings.

Persistent anticipates that Herald’s platform will help it strengthen its ability to afford provider organizations and clinical professionals user-friendly tools and actionable insights in real time. On the other end of the acquisition, Herald acknowledges that joining Persistent will help it to scale its technical solutions to more hospitals and consumers.
