Phreesia Acquires Insignia Health & Its Consumer Activation Measurement Tool
Phreesia has acquired Insignia Health, LLC, and its exclusive worldwide license for the ‘Patient Activation Measure®’ (PAM®), which measures consumer engagement with their health care. The acquisition enhances Phreesia’s commitment to strengthening consumer engagement. Phreesia acquired Insignia from its co-founders, Chris Delaney and Craig Swanson, the University of Oregon, and its other holders of membership interest. Financial terms were not disclosed.
