Plum Healthcare, Netsmart Partner To Develop Integrated Care Solutions For Senior Living

Plum Healthcare Group, LLC (Plum Healthcare), a skilled nursing provider, and Netsmart have signed a 10 year agreement to develop integrated care solutions for Plum Healthcare’s senior living facilities throughout California and Nevada.  Teams from Plum Healthcare Group and Netsmart will join to expand the technology capabilities to support enhanced care delivery and innovation initiatives.
