Quartet Health Acquires innovaTel Telepsychiatry

Quartet Health, Inc. acquired innovaTel Telepsychiatry. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Quartet intends scale its network coverage to more than 30 states by the end of 2022, and strengthen its capacity to serve consumers with serious mental illness.

Both companies provide digital mental health care services.
