Salesforce recently launched a number of new health care features to help provider organizations monitor social determinants of health and better manage in-home care. Salesforce chief medical officer Joshua Newman commented that the new features compliment the health care market’s trending movement towards care that occurs in the home or outside of hospitals and clinics.
