Tabula Rasa HealthCare  TRHC) recently announced it has acquired electronic health record (EHR) organizations Mediture and eClusive. eClusive, a Mediture company, is a leading EHR solution and provider of third party administrator services in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly—or PACE—market.

Under the transaction, the two acquired organizations will become part of TRHC’s new CareVention HealthCare (CareVention) technology and service division.
