Three non-profit hospice provider organizations in Connecticut merged recently to form Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County. The three organizations are Salisbury Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), Foothills Visiting Nurse & Home Care, and VNA Northwest, which Foothills acquired in January 2020. Financial terms of this merger have not been disclosed. Each of the organizations provides hospice, home health care, and personal care services.
