VNA Care Acquires Health Care Staffing, Inc. To Add Long-Term Caregiver Services

VNA Care in Worcester, Massachusetts, which provides home health and hospice, acquired Health Care Staffing, Inc., a Westborough-based provider organization that delivers long-term personal care services such as live-in companion services, meal preparation, and transportation. Health Care Staffing, Inc. was a division of Care Solutions, Inc. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
