WELL Health To Acquire Intrahealth To Expand EMR Business To International Markets

WELL Health Technologies Corporation (WELL) plans to acquire Intrahealth Systems Limited, a New Zealand company (Intrahealth) for more than $19.2 million. WELL consolidates clinical and digital assets within the health care sector. Intrahealth provides enterprise class electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical health care software for clients in Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
