WellSky Acquires IT Software Firm – Health Care Software Inc.

Health and community care technology organization WellSky recently announced it has acquired Health Care Software Inc. (HCS). The transaction represents WellSky’s entry into the inpatient behavioral health market.

Health Care Software Inc. provides integrated clinical and financial IT software for: long-term and post-acute care providers, inpatient psychiatric, inpatient rehab, senior living, and long-term care facilities.
