Yavapai Regional Medical Center Enters Affiliation Agreement To Join Dignity Health In Arizona

On August 25, 2020, Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) announced it entered an affiliation agreement to join Dignity Health's Arizona division. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. YRMC is a two-hospital system in Prescott, Arizona. Dignity Health in Arizona currently operates six acute-care hospitals in the Phoenix-area. The transition is expected to occur late this year, subject to the completion of regulatory and licensing approvals and other closing conditions.
