CareSource, a non-profit managed care organization (MCO), acquired The Columbus Organization from HealthEdge Investment Partners. The Columbus Organization provides services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health challenges. This is CareSource’s first major acquisition. Financial terms were not disclosed.
